Peter Crosby is a precise thinker who enjoys the detailed process of analysis and strategizing involved in complex litigation involving commercial and real estate disputes. His goal is to bring clarity and help clients select a winning strategy.
Representing the third generation of Bay Area lawyers in his family, he earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. He has practiced both at large, international firms and at his own law office.

Peter’s experience practicing at Heller Ehrman and Jones Day allowed him to work with very large companies on cases involving substantial sums of money. He knows how to stay cool and find creative solutions when the stakes are high.
